Quick Check-In - No waiting in line!
Quick Check-In applies to all kinds of registration, camping and daytrip included.We will have a quick check-in for everyone who sends in pre-registration information. If your pre-registration includes all the information required at troll, you will be sent a Quick Check-In Confirmation around September 24. Just present your Quick Check-In Confirmation at troll and pick up your site token and site booklet. That's it! No waiting in line!
Please fill out a pre-registration form for each person, including infants. If you can not download and print the form, simply write the required information on a separate sheet of paper.
If necessary, include signed copies of the adult waiver and/or the minor waiver. See Proof of Waiver below for who must sign waivers.

Pre-registration Information required
If you cannot use the PDF registration form, please include the following with your reservation:- The legal name of each person. Society name is optional for identification purposes.
- An email address to which the confirmation may be sent, or include a SASE for mailed confirmation.
- The type of registration: cabin request, camping or daytrip; and the age: adult, child or infant.
- Proof of waiver:
members with a blue card in East Kingdom or Atlantia may send the membership number, but be prepared to show your card at check-in. Members with only a white card, members outside these kingdoms, and non-members must send a signed waiver. For minors under 18 without their own blue cards, parents must send a minor waiver. - Proof of membership. In East Kingdom or Atlantia, members may send their membership numbers. Outside these kingdoms, please send a copy of your membership card.
Cabin Reservations
Cabin reservations are required in advance. No cabin reservations will be taken after September 24, except for active duty military personnel and others with special circumstances. After September 24, please contact Molly at troll@crusades.eastkingdom.org. All attendees intending to use cabins, including children, must pre-register to reserve cabin space. Infants under six years old will not be assigned a bed in a cabin, unless a bed is specifically requested in the "special requests" section of the form.
Groups
Please use the pre-registration form; one form for each person. Send all the reservations for your group together in one package. Or choose a name for your group and have everyone use the same name in the "special requests" section of the form. If you wish a specific cabin, send in a reservation early and please note the cabin number on the pre-registration form in the space for special requests. You may write individual checks or group checks, as you wish. Each check should have the address of the check writer on it. A fee of $10 will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds.Tent Camping
Tent camping is in a large field and spaces are not reserved.Merchant Reservations
No extra fee is required for merchants. Please contact the merchant coordinator at merchant@crusades.eastkingdom.org. To facilitate merchant set-up, merchants and their assistants should pre-register to get a Quick Check-In.Refunds
Requests for refunds must be in writing and received by October 1. After that date, active duty military and other special requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.Volunteer Opportunities
